Tempest is a mixed team of Christian believers and dedicated airsofters from Virginia and the Carolinas. We are committed to integrity, courage, teamwork, and service, striving to reflect Christ’s love while demonstrating tactical excellence and supporting one another both on and off the field.
Tempest Member Core Values
Team core values are designed to align the team’s ethos with Christian faith and passion for airsoft while promoting a supportive, friendly, and disciplined environment.
Integrity
Upholding honesty, accountability, and strong ethical principles both on and off the field. - All team members are expected to act with honor, demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness in all actions, fostering a positive and respectful environment, regardless of religious background or lifelong airsoft experience.
Courage
Whether in the midst of a challenging game or personal struggles, courage is a virtue toward your brother and yourself. - Tempest supports one another both on and off the field in facing physical, mental, spiritual, and moral challenges with strength and determination, drawing inspiration from their faith, past experiences, and one another.
Teamwork
Working together with unity and respect, understanding that the strength of the team is greater than any individual. - Cooperation, communication, and mutual support are vital to success on and off the field. Selfishness or neglect toward others will not be tolerated.
Service
Serving others through actions that reflect brotherly love and demonstrate selflessness throughout the team’s conduct. - Giving will always be greater than receiving. Tempest members encourage one another to serve our team, guests, and AO’s in order to be a light in our community.
